We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you’re not, for whatever reason, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in a resellable condition
We will refund onto the card or the PayPal account that was used to make your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage charges.
Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you send via a tracked service or obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
Please note items specially cut to order are not returnable.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return your goods as above for a refund and make a separate order from our website.
In the unfortunate event of an item being faulty, we will offer a full refund. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, you can return the item under our normal returns procedure for a refund.
We will refund any original postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.

We will refund postage costs on the basis that the item/s has been sent via First/Second Class Royal Mail.
Once you have received an email to confirm your parcel has been delivered we will process the refund within 2-5 working days. Please note that this can sometimes take longer to appear in your bank account.
